“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements. The Company therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing their financial statements. The Company also has continued support from its intermediate parent undertaking (Cubico Sustainable Investments Limited), which has provided a letter of financial support. The letter of financial support is an additional layer of support for the going concern assumption, the Directors are confident the company is able to continue on a standalone basis for at least the next 12 months.”
