“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the signing date. The directors arrive at this expectation as a result of carrying out forecasting and sensitivity analysis to confirm adequacy of resources over the coming year. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
