“The Directors have reviewed the Company's financial projections and plans for the period of 12 months from date of signing of these financial statements. Based on those projections and plans, it is deemed appropriate to prepare financial statements on the going concern basis. The Directors have also taken into account the risks and uncertainties of the economic conditions, and the impact of global conflicts, that exist within business. The Directors have assessed that there is limited impact from this and accordingly, continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements.”
