Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The directors have assessed whether the Company has adequate resources to meet its obligations as they fall due for the period covering 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements, considering in particular challenges that the pandemic and the post-pandemic world have posed for the Company and the wider Group's activities (London Theatre Company Group), upon which the Company is reliant to generate working capital to fund its financial overheads. The Company made a loss of £2,068,954 during the year and had, as at the Statement of Financial Position date, a net liability position of £16,042,792. The Company is reliant on the continued support of its parent ('LTC Holdings'), which has pledged its full support to the Company. LTC Holdings has outstanding shareholder loans, one of £1,200,000 which was advanced pre-pandemic to facilitate cash flow management and a second provided within this year of £450,000, as well as £6.4m in debt from the Culture Recovery Fund. To assist with cashflow management, a further loan of £1,200,000 was taken out to manage the time between cashflow need and the receipt of the Theatre Tax Credit from HMRC. The Board undertakes scenario planning and financial cashflow modelling on an ongoing basis, covering at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements, to ensure they keep abreast of the group's financial position. In light of all the above, the directors have prepared these accounts on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “The final three months of the twice-extended immersive Guys & Dolls were followed in February by Richard II, with Jonathan Bailey in the title role, which had strong advance sales and went on to play to over 100,000 people. Its in-the-round format produced the highest seated capacity at 1,041 seats and the production achieved 89% of financial capacity.”
- “This was followed in June by a revival of A Midsummer Night's Dream, a big Bridge hit from 2019, whose sales were suppressed by London's summer heatwave.”
- “In September came Ibsen's The Lady From The Sea, the first in a series of LTC collaborations with writer-director Simon Stone and producer Wouter van Ransbeek. A cast led by Alicia Vikander and Andrew Lincoln, and a stunning set which produced a swimming pool for the second act, made this one of the Bridge's stand-out hits, playing to large audiences in the 1,041-seat format.”
- “And in December came the much-anticipated revival of the Sondheim/Lapine musical Into The Woods directed by Jordan Fein and designed by Tom Scutt with a heavyweight cast of British musical theatre talent. Its strong sales and excellent reviews have justified its initial 20-week booking period and now a further 6-week extension.”
- “Lightroom successfully completed its second round of fundraising to fund a growing slate of IP including the recently announced David Bowie: You're Not Alone. It has a widening global footprint and a key new partnership in Europe with L'Atelier de Lumieres.”
