  The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis notwithstanding the excess of current and total liabilities over current and total assets. Because of the forbearance of the company's creditors, and their willingness to support the company, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
