“At the time of approving the financial statements, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future after having reviewed the company's financial forecasts and expected future cash flows. The directors also note that, in addition to the above, if additional financial support is required it will be provided by Active Hospitality Limited, its parent undertaking.”
