“As part of the going concern review, the directors have reviewed the forecast cashflows and liquidity of the company. Considering the fact that the Company is a non-trading entity, the Ultimate Parent Company Driven Brands Holding Inc. has provided the directors with an undertaking that for at least twelve (12) months from the date of approval of these financial statements it will provide financial support to ensure that the Company is able to meet its current and future obligations. Based on these assurances the financial statements of the Company have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
