• “During the financial year, the Company restated it's accounts for previous financial years due to the retrospective recognition of the recharge agreement for stock based compensation. The share-based payments were classified as equity settled share based payments in the 2024 annual accounts. Due to the recharge agreement, the share-based compensation should have been classified as cash-settled share-based payments and therefore should have been recorded in the intercompany receivables instead of equity.”
