“To assess whether the Company is a going concern, the directors have reviewed the Company's trading performance, the Company's business plan and the support available to the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have relied upon the support available from Hotpack Packaging Industries LLC in determining that the accounts should be prepared on a going concern basis.”

The Company is expecting to see increased turnover along with better margins in the coming year with new contracts with Boots and Leclerc already in place. The bank loans have been repaid in full and this has brought down the external liabilities significantly.”
