Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company expects to remain profitable on an annual basis but is dependent on the activities of the Parent Company, given the integrated nature of the Parent Company's activities and the centralized treasury structure whereby cash and cash flow is managed on a group-wide basis. Consequently, the Company has obtained a letter of support from the Parent Company that confirms that the Parent Company will provide financial support to the Company to assist in meeting its liabilities to the extent that funding is not otherwise available to the Company to meet such liabilities. The Parent Company has confirmed its ability to provide such support for the period from the date of approval of the Company's statement of financial position until 31 July 2027.
