“Notwithstanding the Company's net liabilities of £147,766 (2024: £104,819), the Directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The Directors believe there is significant value in the property held within the Company's tangible assets. The long term creditor balance of £888,983 (2024: £861,811) is due to a fellow group company, Tetrosyl Limited, and written assurances have been made by Tetrosyl Limited that it will not seek repayment of the amounts owed within 12 months from the signing date. It is on this basis the Directors believes the business continues to operate as a going concern.”
