  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The Directors do not expect the Company to continue as a going concern in the long term due to plans to dispose of its principal trading asset. The asset remains under offer and exchange is expected to occur within the next 12 months from signing the financial statements. However, if the transaction does not complete, the asset will be remarketed in 2026, subject to prevailing market conditions. As soon as the asset is sold directors expect to cease trading and liquidation of the entity is expected to take place six months after final payment received. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.
