“The Directors believe that the biggest issue that could give rise to significant doubt over the entities ability to continue as a going concern is if it runs out of cash reserves due to the forecast revenue not being achieved. It is for this reason that the Directors raised additional capital through the issue of convertible loan notes which raised £455,275. With the continued raising of capital, the forecasts, together with the assurance, the Directors believe will be sufficient such that a material uncertainty does not exist. Accordingly, the Directors consider the Group to be a going concern.”
