“The company has sufficient cash reserves as it provides operational and administrative support services to real estate funds which have ongoing contracts for the provision of investment advisory services. As fees are charged on a cost-plus basis, it is expected that services will be maintained at a level such that related income continues to exceed costs during the next twelve months. The funds continue to operate and have sufficient resources to maintain the contractual agreements in place. On this basis, the director believes that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future.”
