“As at 30 September 2025, the Company had net liabilities of £27,589,278 (2024: net liabilities of £18,355,338) which included amounts due to the ultimate parent undertaking, The Conygar Investment Company PLC, of £40,026,228 (2024: £38,564,305). However, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as the ultimate parent undertaking has pledged its continuing support for a minimum of 12 months from the date of issuing these financial statements.”
