“The directors have placed a particular focus on the appropriateness of adopting the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. Given the Company's operating model, the directors believe that the Company has sufficient resources to meet its obligations as they fall due for the going concern assessment period to 30 September 2026. Based on this, together with available market information and the directors' knowledge and experience of the Company, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025.”
