“The Directors have reviewed current trading and business forecasts, as well as the cash position (£5.5m) and the net current asset position (£10.3m) as of 31 December 2024. Additionally, the Company is reliant on support from the wider Group, and has received a letter of support confirming this will be provided if required. As a result, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence until 31 October 2026. Accordingly, the going concern basis of accounting has been adopted in preparing the financial statements.”
