“These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making this assessment the directors have considered, amongst other things, the recent and projected trading performance and the changes in the group's credit facilities after the year-end.”
