“As at the reporting date, the Company is in a net liability position amounting to £4,019,338 (2023: £4,159,079). After reviewing the Company's forecasts, projections, and available funding, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources available to it to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. McCain UK H2 Limited has indicated that its intention is to provide support in order to facilitate ongoing activities of the Company, for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
