“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and there is no material uncertainty in relation to going concern. The directors have also received assurances from the company's immediate parent company, VAMED Engineering GmbH, that it will continue to support the company for the foreseeable future. As a result, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

All projects in execution shall be finalized, but no new contracts for projects will be signed. As of current date the current project of the company in execution is planned to be finalized.”
