Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”

• “The 2023 investment in additional cold-storage area and the more recent addition of the aforementioned processing lines identified a potential future bottleneck in the packing hall, as the initial factory build only included a single packing line. The planned second packing line was completed during the 2024-25 financial year, along with the addition of an automatic guided vehicle to streamline the transportation of newly packed stock into the cold store. The investment has eliminated the bottleneck and also allows more flexibility in the packing process.”
• “The 2024-25 financial year was the proving ground for a new ERP system which was implemented at the start of the period. Darta Yorkshire, alongside sister company Darta UK were the first companiesto "go-live" on the new system which will eventually be rolled out for the whole Darta group.
