“Trafigura Pte. Ltd. has provided a letter of financial support to Teesside Gasport Limited to fund its operations for at least the next 12 months from the date the financial statements are approved. The directors have at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
