“The Directors have performed an analysis of expected cashflows for the Company for the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2026. The Company is forecasted to be profitable for the twelve months following the signing of the accounts. The Company has sufficient cash reserves to enable it to meet its obligations. We have performed stress tests with the reduction of asset levels and revenues by 20% to confirm the resilience of the business in the event of a significant downturn. Due to the stability of its revenue base, its liquidity and the strength of its balance sheet, the Directors are confident that the Company is a going concern, and the financial statements have been prepared on this basis.”
