“The Company has received a letter of support from Marfrig Global Foods S.A. confirming that it will provide the financial support necessary for the Company to meet its obligations as they fall due until at least 31 July 2027. Based on this assessment, the Directors concluded that the going concern basis of accounting remains appropriate and that no material uncertainty exists.”
