“The Company earned a profit after tax of $3.12m for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (2023: $9.37m) and has net liabilities of $36.32m as at 31 December 2024 (2023: $39.44m). The Company has received a letter of support from Marfrig Global Foods S.A. that they will ensure all liabilities of the Company are paid as they fall due and to provide any additional financial support that may be required in the future. On the basis of the above, the Directors have concluded that the Company has no material uncertainties which would cast a significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern over the period of assessment.”
