“As noted in the notes to the accounts the directors have prepared forecasts for 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 which include sensitivity scenarios with significantly reduced income scenarios and the company continues to be able to meet its liabilities in these forecasts when considering the ongoing support from its parent, The University of Wales: Trinity Saint David. Taking these factors into account, the accounts are prepared on a going concern basis as the company demonstrates the ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
