“Astroscale Holdings Inc., being the ultimate holding company of Astroscale Ltd has provided a letter of support to the company confirming that it will provide access to required financial resources so that the company can continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due during the going concern period. The directors have satisfied themselves that the ultimate holding company is able to provide financial support and assist in meeting the company's liabilities during the going concern period. The Directors note that Astroscale Holdings Inc. had a further successful fundraising process which concluded on 19th May 2025 on the Tokyo Stock Exchange which continues to demonstrate the ultimate holding company's ability to provide financial support to the company during the going concern period. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
