“The Director has a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. However, given the Group's accumulated deficit and short-term related party funding, the Group does rely on OneSky Flight, LLC, a related company formed in the State of Delaware, United States, for continued support, which the Group will receive for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the financial statements being approved. The Director has made appropriate enquiries and has assessed that OneSky Flight, LLC has sufficient resources to provide support for the Group as necessary. The Group therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
