“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. These forecasts, which reflect the Group's cash reserves of $30.2m at 31 December 2024 and the proceeds of the recent fundraising, indicate that the Group has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of preparation.”
