Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “In the reporting period we have successfully completed five contracts including our first "recladding" project supported by the Building Safety Fund. Other projects completed include the first two residential blocks at Waterhouse Gardens, Salford Youth Zone, Lowood in Wilmslow together with the final phase of Castle Irwell, a low-rise residential development of 500 new family homes.”
• “The Company was active on an average of ten live construction projects, with the five contracts completed referenced above, we were able to allocate resources to four new projects which all commenced in this financial year, namely:- Obsidian, a development of 250 apartments constructed over 25 stories in height. The Rylands development comprising of 500,000 sq ft of CAT A hybrid commercial office space as part of the conversion and extension to this landmark and historic City Centre building. Viadux Phase 2 enabling works, a project comprising 5-star hotel and restaurant brand "Nobu" together with 452 branded apartments, constructed over 76 stories in height. Abbey Woods phase 2 and phase 3, a development of 86 family homes.”
