“The company has received a Letter of Support from its ultimate parent undertaking, Shilton Midco 2 Limited, confirming support to enable the company to meet its liabilities when they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of financial statements. With the current liquidity position of the Group, the robust performance of the business in 2025, and the strength of the business model, the Directors consider that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a Going Concern basis.”
