“After making enquiries with the CIC's executive team and having considered the economic uncertainties inherent in the current national healthcare environment, the directors have formed the judgement that, at the time of approving the financial statements there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. On the basis of the information available, the financial forecast to May 2026 and the highly probable contracts expected to extend through to November 2026, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
