“As set out in more detail in Note 3(c) of the Financial Statements, the Company has sufficient resources and liquidity and is well placed to manage the business risks in the current economic environment and can continue operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of issue of the Financial Statements. The primary sources of liquidity are subscriptions from the immediate parent of the Company, RLAM Living Midco Limited, which are derived from the original capital commitment from The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited ("RLMIS") to the RLAM Living Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"). After careful consideration, the Director of the Company is of the opinion that it is appropriate to prepare the Financial Statements on a going concern basis.”
