“After careful consideration of current trading performance, forecast profitability, cash flow projections, and the range of potential risks, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that Elite Pubs has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
