Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

Audit & accounting basis

- Cooper Parry Group Limited
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the balance sheet date, the company had net current liabilities due to the presence of an inter-company loan due to Ash & Lacy Building Systems Limited, a company under common control. The company is therefore is reliant on the financial support of Ash & Lacy Building Systems Limited, which has agreed not to call the loan in for repayment until such time as cash flow allows, thereby enabling the company to continue meet it's other liabilities as they fall due for payment. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “In the 2024 year we saw the development of four of our headline building systems, with exciting progress in façade mounting systems, roof mounting systems, the digitalisation of our CF3 cladding system as well as our second generation mechanically-fixed brick slip system. Such brick slip systems seem to have now passed the 'acceptability' phase of their evolution and now pose a genuine threat to conventional brick construction as bricklaying skills decline.”
- “Over the next few years we expect to see rapid growth in this area in the same way that plasterboard and SFS rapidly displaced wet plastering and blockwork infill walling after gaining market traction. To support this, we have continued to invest heavily in our own brick cutting capability to ensure a level of quality we've been unable to locate within the existing brick cuttng sector, as well as high volume pressing, stamping and rollforming capacity.”
- “As more territories around the world introduce more demanding thermal performance from building envelopes, we see increasing potential for international collaboration as we did with CSR when Australia introduced cold-bridging codes that demanded technical solutions such as Ashgrid. We expect to see a similar trend with external walling systems and are looking for international partners and distributors.”
