“Despite the success of the underlying trade, the group, which this company is within, has experienced short term cash flow challenges. This is mainly due to complexities within the group's financing arrangements and the continued impacts on the hotel and hospitality industry of the recent global pandemic. This, when added to the underlying strength of the group's trade, demonstrated by the financial statements this year, and the forecasted position going forward, the directors believe that there is sufficient cash resource to meet all liabilities as they fall due. Therefore, the accounts continue to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
