“The company has net liabilities of £1,132,677 (2024-£610,376) at the balance sheet date. At the time of approving the financial statements, there is no parent company to provide support to the business. However, post year end, the parent company loan was waived and the overheads have reduced with the company forecasting profits and positive cash flows moving forward. The director has produced forecasts that even with a reasonable downside scenario show the company is able to generate profits for the 12 months following the date of approval of the financial statements. The director has, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. In forming this assessment, the director has provided a letter of support to the company, and has sufficient personal cash resources and assets available to enable them to meet this support. Accordingly, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
