While trading has ceased at the Parent Company, with the re-organisation of the group, the companies within the group remain committed to sustainable growth through strategic investments and expanding our service line offerings.”
- “In December 2025, Jensen Hughes UK Ltd executed an entity restructuring to simplify the global Jensen Hughes entity organization within the UK. Jensen Hughes UK Ltd transferred the shareholdings of its three subsidiaries. Fire Engineered Solutions Ghent BV and L2 Paloturvallisuus Oy LLP were transferred to Jensen Hughes UK Ltd's parent company, Jensen Hughes, Inc in the US. International Fire Investigators and Consultants Limited was transferred to JGA Group Ltd in the UK. All remaining assets and liabilities outside of the subsidiary investments were then transferred to Jeremy Gardner Associates, Ltd. The Jensen Hughes UK Ltd entity became dormant in December 2025 as a result of these transactions. While all trading has ceased, there is no immediate plan to strike off the entity from the UK Registrar.”
