“The Company provides services to its parent company and is remunerated for the provision of such services on a cost-plus basis. Hence, the Company is dependent on these services continuing on this basis and on the timely settlement of intercompany receivables in order to continue as a going concern. In addition, the Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its bank facilities. After making enquiries, the directors are satisfied that the Company has the support of its ultimate parent company and the intercompany service arrangement with its parent company will continue in place for the foreseeable future. On that basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”

Under the revised policy, sabbaticals commencing on or before 31 December 2025 will continue to be honored in accordance with the existing program; however, sabbaticals will no longer be paid out for service after this date.”
