Woodside Energy Holdings Pty Ltd accepts the responsibility of providing and undertakes to provide sufficient financial assistance to the Company to meet any deficiency in working capital should it arise and support be required to the extent of that working capital deficiency to enable the Company to continue its operations and fulfill all of its financial obligations for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
