Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“The directors maintain cash flow forecasts which reflect the capital deployment plan required for the Group to achieve these technological and commercial milestones. The forecasts also account for wider market-related impacts such as inflation and supply chain issues. These forecasts cover a period of more than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. This demonstrates that the Group can operate with its available financial resources even as it records a loss in the financial year. The directors therefore deem it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
