“In making their assessment the directors have considered recent trading performance, including forecasts prepared to 31 January 2027. The Group meets its day to day working capital requirements using cash reserves and does not have any bank debt owing. Whilst the forecasts include assumptions about revenue projections, given the strong pipeline and liquidity of the Group at the date of approving these financial statements the directors believe that the Group has adequate resources to continue to trade and be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future being at least, but not limited to, twelve months from the date of approving these financial statements and so continue to adopt the going concern basis.”
