• “In May 2025, De Beers announced its decision to close the Lightbox business as part of the wider Origins strategy. Since that announcement, the Directors have overseen the orderly wind-down of operational activities, including the cessation of new trading, the fulfilment of outstanding customer commitments, and the realisation of working capital balances such as inventory and receivables.”
• “Subsequent to 31 December 2024, the Company paid down $64,512,483 on its intercompany loan facility, and ultimately De Beers UK Limited waived the intercompany loan of $185,114,067 on 4th December 2025.”
