“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have assessed the Company's cash flows and obligations for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that the Company has sufficient funds to continue to meet its financial obligations for 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements through access to funding facilities from its ultimate parent undertaking Valaris Limited. Valaris Limited has indicated its intention to provide the Company with this financial support to enable the Company to meet its liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Consequently, the directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
