The Company had net assets £17,012,000 (2023: £14,163,000) at the end of the year. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors believe to be appropriate. The Directors conclude that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued financial support of the ultimate parent company, UPM-Kymmene Corporation.”
