“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will be able to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. The directors have assessed the company's forecasts and projections, including the confirmed financial support from its ultimate parent company in respect of loan balances disclosed in note 16 to these financial statements. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
