The restructuring was completed on 24/06/2024 in two stages, firstly a share allotment totalling 130,474 ordinary £1 shares took place on 17/07/2024 that converted outstanding shareholder loans. Thereafter, on 17/07/2024, current shareholders have transferred a portion of their shares to Element Payment Solutions (Thailand) Company Limited totalling 184,734 ordinary £1 shares.”
