“As at 31 December 2024 the Company's net liabilities at the year-end was £172k (2023: net liabilities of £887k). The directors have reviewed detailed business plans and cash flow projections to 31 December 2026 and believe that the company has sufficient cash resources to cover both working capital and capital expenditure requirements. A financing entity within the group has committed to providing additional funding if required, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”
