“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will have sufficient financial resources to continue operating and meet its obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future, and for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As at 31 December 2024, the Company was in a net current liabilities position of £590k (2023: net current liabilities of £531k) and had net assets of £3,919k (2023: £3,977k). The Company remained loss-making during the year but expects a return to profitability by the end of FY 2025. The Company is currently financed through operating cash flows, existing banking facilities, and continued support from its parent company. The Directors have reviewed the Company's forecasts and funding arrangements and are satisfied that it has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate.”
