Material uncertainty over going concern
Two of the Company's indirect subsidiaries are currently subject to an ongoing audit by the Office of Gas and Electricity Market (OFGEM), the energy regulator, the outcome of which is uncertain. An adverse or unfavourable finding following a regulatory review could result in a number of possible financial consequences for the impacted company and its ability to generate cashflows, which in turn may impact the ability of the Company to service its borrowings. As stated in note 2.5, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 2.5, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
