“Based upon BWP Project Services Limited ('project company') operating projections and cash flow forecasts, the Directors believe that the project company will generate sufficient cash and have access to working capital facilities to enable it to meet its funding requirements for at least the next 12 months and will continue to comply with its covenants. Accordingly, the Directors have formed a judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
